Terms of Business
Without making an exhaustive list , here are the basic terms of business.
1. If a client books a car to/from airport , it is their responsibility to ensure current information is supplied to us when making the booking i.e landing date sched time of arrival, flight number and contact numbers for the passengers
(if available)
2. Car parking is charged at cost - some airports also have a drop off charge too ! this again will be charged at cost.
3. Waiting time - first 60mins free , thereafter £20.00 per hour or part of is chargeable.
4. Cancellations - cancellations made within 24hrs is subject to FULL payment.
5. No show - a " no show " passenger i.e. a driver is waiting at airport and nobody arrives is chargeable at FULL rate.
6. Extra stops - charged at a agreeable and fair price either on day or in advance when booking is made.
7. Driver reserves the right to refuse a passenger on reasonable grounds - this is normally due to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour - FULL payment will still be charged.
8. Night rate charge - between the hours of 0.00 and 05.00 a night rate may apply - this will be agreed at time of booking.
9. We accept no responsibilty for damage to luggage or property whilst in/on our vehicles.
10. Should any of our vehicles for whatever reason become soiled in any way a charge of £500.00 will apply
11. We accept NO responsibility for delays however caused - we will ALWAYS however do our upmost to get you your venue on time every time within the speed limits / circumstances.
